Played 9 holes, first time Iโve been to this course/facility in 20+ years. It was a hot, busy day. People everywhere - old, youngโฆevery walk of life. I made a tee time online (their system was just OK, but it worked). This Ross design is a gem. The course was in very good condition- 8/10. Greens were good, too. Fun layout. Pace moved along, what you might expect for a local muni track. And, a great value for price vs quality.

The North course is fine. Nothing spectacular. Pace of play was fantastic for a Sunday. However, the biggest takeaway is the bartender named Jamie. This woman is the reason I will never return. She has earned a customer service score of zero. She refused to give me a water cup then at the turn, went into our carts and poured out our beers and made snide comments. She could have handled the situation in any number of ways, she took the most ruthless and obnoxious. Mill Creek is a good course for a fun round, but do not expect the white glove treatment.

Decent muni. Greens are a bit gnarly but generally good with lots of breaks. Flat track. Trees everywhere. Gas carts without GPS. Nice clubhouse. Ample parking. Some holes feature Mill Creek crossing the fairways. Bunkers were not great but playable. Worth the greens fee.

We did an overnight golf trip to that area in mid-May 2026 and thought we had a tee time for Mill Creek on the 2nd day. Turns out they did not see our reservation, but they worked us in by letting us tee off the back 9, South course. Apparently, the South course was build in a very wet area of the park, and it shows. Cart path only (a local told us that some years they don't allow carts off the paths on the South course until sometime in June). Most of the fairways were soft. Get off the fairway and the rough was very high and it's very wet and marshy in some areas. Course layout and greens were good. The few sand traps I got into were maintained but the sand was pretty dense. We only got to play 9 because of incoming rain, but they did issue a rain check, which we asked to be for the North course. I think the price is a little high for the South course. Not sure about the North course.

Played the North Course on 4/15/25. Mill Creek has 2 courses North and South. The South is tighter and has simpler greens. The North course is a bit more open on the tee shot. However, the greens have much more movement on them than the Southโs. The greens on North rolled well and were in good shape. The bunkers looked good, but the sand was very dense and hard to get your sand wedge under the ball. One complaint/suggestion is too trim back some of the trees near greens. Depending on your ball shape into the green it would be almost impossible to not hit a tree. You have to be able to draw/fade and hit a punch shot well to score on some holes depending on your tee shot. Unfortunately, weโre not all that good. Some areas of rough seemed like they had not been cut in some time. Despite these suggestions both courses at Mill Creek are solid plays.
